Katie Hogan — Level 3 Certified CrossFit Trainer with 20+ years coaching children from toddlers through college in addition to 17 years coaching CrossFit across all levels. In 2018, she used CrossFit Kids to create a successful PE program for children with learning challenges in Walnut Creek that is still operating today.  She has coached middle, high school, and college athletes in the Tri-Valley since 2013. Katie brings a wide breadth of strength and conditioning experience working with individuals and teams from boys’ and girls’ basketball, softball, baseball, volleyball, wrestling, hockey, lacrosse, soccer, and Ninja Warrior—ensuring safe, skill-focused coaching that builds confidence and athleticism.
